About CEO
Creating Exceptional Opportunities (CEO) was founded in 2017 by Kevin Perry after acquiring some young mentees within his community. As his mentee list quickly grew from 1 to 45 young people, he realized the need for career and academic guidance for teenagers and young adults.
Specifically for those who did not find college as feasible, Perry realized an opportunity to teach entrepreneurial, branding, and finance skills. With these opportunities in mind and the purpose to make a difference, CEO was born. Since, the organization has expanded past the community within Charlotte, NC, and has grown to include mentees from around the nation.
Pillars of Success
CEO was founded on the basis of three pillars: Professionalism, Networking, and Branding. We teach through these three pillars. With a strong work ethic, you will be able to reach your professional goals in life.
Professionalism
CEO helps with building verbal and
non-verbal communication skills, learning proper etiquette, building resumes, and nurturing leadership skills.
Networking
Your network is your net worth. CEO teaches networking skills, including finding mentors and sponsors.
Branding
Your image is important! What do you want to be known for, and what does a brand look like?
